What miracles are in the Bible?
The Old Testament is full of miracles. God sent plagues on Egypt and parted the Red Sea so Israel crossed on dry ground (Exodus 14:21–22). He fed His people with manna, and the walls of Jericho fell down flat (Joshua 6:20). Fire fell from heaven for Elijah on Mount Carmel, an iron axe head floated for Elisha (2 Kings 6:6), and Naaman was healed after washing seven times in the Jordan (2 Kings 5:14).
In the Gospels, Jesus turned water into wine at Cana, the first of His miracles (John 2:11). He fed five thousand with five loaves and two fishes (Matthew 14:17–21), walked on the sea, calmed the storm, gave sight to the blind and raised Lazarus from the dead (John 11:43–44). In Acts, Peter healed a man lame from birth at the gate of the temple (Acts 3:6–8). The questions ask who was helped, where it happened and what was said.
